Krem kissed back for a moment, soft, still sleepy. He squeezed Gannicus's hand. He knew he was being distracted, and he wasn't sure he liked that, but he did like the kissing, which left him in a conflict.
Finally, he leaned back from the kiss a little, nestling down into the bed.
"It's a burden I would help you carry. You're not alone, are you? I'm right here."
